Fire up your griddle and cook over low. Make pancake mix according to boxed instructions.
Start by cooking the pork sausage patties since that will take the longest.
"Smash" the pork sausage in the beginning so it lays flatter on the sandwich.
Once the sausage is almost done go ahead and crack your eggs onto the griddle (if you have egg rings use those).
Move the sausage over to the side to make room to make your pancakes. Slowly add the pancake batter to the griddle (if you want uniform pancakes you can use a batter dispenser. Drizzle a little syrup right in the pancake before flipping.
Then assemble your McGriddles with one pancake, the fried egg, sausage patty, American cheese, and top off with the second pancake.
Serve hot with addition syrup for dipping if desired.
