Instant Pot Beefy Nacho Soup

This easy soup is perfect for a quick meal to warm you up. All the flavors of nachos in soup!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups skim milk
  • 2 10 3.4 oz. cans Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
  • 2 roma tomatoes or 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • *Optional- 1 jalapeno tortilla chips & cheese for topping

Method
 

  1. Dice pepper and tomatoes.
  2. Set Instant Pot to "Saute" function and add beef and veggies- cook until browned.
  3. Add 2 cans of soup, milk, and taco seasoning and stir.
  4. Set IP to "Soup" Function (or pressure cook for 10 minutes)
  5. Seal and lock the lid.
  6. Once done cooking, manual release pressure and unlock lid- stir.
  7. Serve hot with extra cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
Strove top instructions
  1. Sauté the peppers, tomatoes, and onions in some oil over medium heat. Add in the ground beef and brown. Drain any grease.
  2. The add in the soup, milk, and taco seasoning. Stir and heat throughout.
