- Peel, core, and chop apples.
- In the Instant Pot add water, cinnamon, lemon juice, vanilla, and apples.
- Seal and lock the lid.
- Pressure cook on high 10 minutes.
- Manually release pressure, unlock lid, and mash mixture to your texture preference. If you want a smooth consistency, you can toss in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Let cool and store in airtight container in refrigerator or freeze!
