Method
- Season both sides of the pork chops with the BBQ rub. (Let sit for a few until dinner time or cover and refrigerate.)
For the Peppers and Onions
- Slice the peppers and onions and place in a small bowl. Add in a few dashes of BBQ rub and the beer. (Let marinate for a few or cover and refrigerate).
- Heat up the Blackstone Griddle over medium heat and add about 1 tbsp butter to the surface. Drain the beer from the peppers and onions and add to the flat top. Let cook for a few minutes before adding the pork chops.
For the Pork Chops
- On the other side of the griddle, add some more butter. Add the pork chops and let cook about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
- Add the peppers and onions on top of the pork chops and remove from the griddle.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
