Start the pot of water for your noodles and cook according to the package.
Add the olive oil to a large pan and heat over medium heat. Add in the ground turkey and minced garlic.
Once the turkey is browned, drain any grease if necessary.
Then add in the heavy cream, chicken broth, the lemon zest, lemon juices, lemon pepper seasoning, and butter. Let simmer until it thickens a but and everything is well combined.
Then sprinkle in the parmesan cheese. Stir and cook until desired consistency.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the sauce and give everything a stir. Spoon into bowls and top with some red pepper flakes and extra parmesan cheese.
