Method
- In a large sauce pan, combine the pumpkin, oats, and honey.
- Heat over medium heat and stir.
- Add in the flax an chia seeds and stir again.
- Remove from heat and fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour into a bar pan or 8x8 baking dish.
- Optional Step: Sprinkle with a little cinnamon on top.
- Refrigerate and cut into desired sized bars.
- Wrap individually and freeze and grab one when you want one!

Note** This has more of a wet texture. That is why I freeze them. You can keep them in the refrigerator, too.
