Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

This one bowl banana bread recipe is loaded with oats and a hint of sweetness from the chocolate chips!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas ripe
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup oats old fashioned
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a medium sized bowl mash ripe bananas.
  2. Then add the flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, and oats.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
