Orange Tom Collins Cocktail

This classic cocktail is so refreshing with a little added orange juice. Perfect for Summer and easy to make at home!

Ingredients
  

  • Ice
  • 1 tsp cane sugar
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 tsp lemon juice 1 slice squeezed
  • 1 orange slice squeezed
  • 3 oz soda water

Method
 

  1. In a glass of choice add ice, cane sugar, and gin.
  2. Then squeeze lemon over ice.
  3. Squeeze orange slice over ice and drop in glass.
  4. Add soda water.
  5. Stir.
  6. Garnish with additional lemon or orange slice.
