Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

This smoothie tastes like a treat but is packed with the good stuff!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk skim here
  • 2-3 tbsps peanut butter
  • Ice

Equipment

  • blender

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients into blender and mix until all ingredients are smooth and ice is crushed.
  2. Pour into glass and enjoy!
