Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or regular
  • 1 5.3 oz container Greek Strawberry Yogurt or similar
  • 1/3 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp flax

Equipment

  • Blender or Smoothie Maker

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until all ice is crushed and smooth consistency.
