Method
- Make the pudding by whisking the milk and pudding together until thickened.
- Add pumpkin and cinnamon and mix well.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Place graham crackers in the bottom of 9x13 pan to cover the pan.
- Then spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture over graham crackers.
- Repeat layers then on the top layer lay the graham crackers face down to create a flat surface.
- Take lid and foil off of frosting and microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and pour over the graham crackers. Spread to cover entire surface.
- Refrigerate at least 6 hours and enjoy!

Note: Refrigerate for a few minutes before covering so that the frosting doesn't stick to the lid/plastic wrap.
