Combine the red velvet cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, oil, and water that is called for on the box. Mix until well combined but don't over mix.
Then pour into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes (or according to the package instructions). Then let cool.
Once the cake is cooled, poke holes all over the cake with the end of a wooden spoon.
Then make the pistachio pudding by whisking it with the cold milk. Pour the pistachio pudding over the cake and spread.
Microwave the can of frosting (lid and foil removed) for about 25-30 seconds until you can stir it. Then pour over the pudding layer and spread around.
Decorate with red and green sprinkles and enjoy.
