Red White and Blue Italian Pasta Salad

This Red White and Blue Italian Pasta Salad is easy to make, super festive, and fun for all of the Summer holidays!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz. Box of Rotini Pasta or other
  • Red & Blue Food Coloring
  • Pepperoni slices more or less to your liking
  • 1 8 oz. Block of mozzarella
  • Sliced Black Olives, drained optional
  • 1 16 oz. Bottle of Italian Dressing

Method
 

  1. Evenly divide the pasta into 3 portions. Boil one portion and add blue food coloring to the water. Do the same with the red. And then boil regular for the white. Drain and set aside.
  2. Chop up the pepperoni and cut mozzarella cheese into cubes.
  3. Add all of the ingredients in a large bowl and add in the Italian dressing. Stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
