removed from the stem, chopped

head cauliflower
removed from the stem, chopped

can garbanzo beans
drained

mini sweet peppers
sliced

cup
cherry tomatoes

jalapenos
optional, chopped

red pepper flakes

olive oil
more or less to your liking
salt to taste

Method
Spread all vegetables out on a foil lined baking sheet.
Add garbanzo beans.
Season with red pepper flakes and salt.
Drizzle with olive oil. Store everything around to combine well.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
