In a saute pan/skillet over medium heat cook the breakfast sausage.
Remove sausage to a paper towel (then chop). Use the same pan to make scrambled eggs with eggs, milk,1/4 cup cheese, and pepper. Cook until desired doneness. add the chopped sausage to scrambled eggs.
Open can of refrigerated biscuits and spilt each biscuit in half (they usually pull apart very easily) So that you have 16 pieces.
Stretch the dough a little and place 8 dough circiles onto baking sheet.
Spoon scrambled egg and sausage mixture on to all 8 biscuit rounds and top with shredded cheese.
Then place the other half of dough on top. Seal the edges together using water on your fingers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
After removed from the oven, melt 1 tbsp of butter and mince some garlic. Brush over top of stuffed biscuits. (or garlic powder)
Serve hot and enjoy! Or wrap individually , refrigerate or freeze.
