First start by chopping up the mini sweet peppers that you are using and a jalapeno for a little added flavor.
Then add the olive oil to a pan and heat over medium. Add in the peppers and the ground chicken and cook until no longer pink. Go a head and drain any access liquid from the pan.
Once the ground chicken is cooked and the peppers are slightly cooked season with a dash of red pepper flakes if desired and add in the bottle of sesame teriyaki sauce.
Let cook for a few minutes until all is combined.
Then spoon the mixture into washed Romaine lettuce leaves or over your favorite cooked rice to make it a rice bowl and enjoy!
