Method
- First remove the fish from the skin and shred it into pieces.
- Then remove the cap and foil of the cream cheese and microwave it for about 20 seconds until softened.
- Grab a medium bowl and add in the fish, softened cream cheese, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Mix until everything is well combined. Taste and add more salt and pepper if desired.
- You can garnish with some fresh green onions or chives if desired.
- Then serve right away or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
