Simple & Charming Charcuterie Cups

These Simple & charming Charcuterie Cups are the perfect way to serve your snacks at your next gathering. Great for the holidays or any party for a hand held way to snack on your favorite meats, cheese, crackers, and more!
Yield: 10 servings

Equipment

  • 10 Clear cups (purchased a stack of these at Dollar General), 4 Inch wooden skewers

Materials

  • 12 oz. Variety of cheeses I used Pepper Jack, Mozzarella, and Mild Cheddar
  • 2-3 oz. Turkey or Beef Snack Sticks
  • 2-3 oz. Thick Cut Dry Salami
  • 3/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • Fresh Basil
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts (or other varieties such as almonds, pistachios, or peanuts).
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins, dried cranberries, or dried cherries
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 2 cups grapes I used green and purple
  • 10 garlic breadsticks or other crackers

Instructions

  • Prepare the cheeses you will be using by cutting it into cubes.
  • Then cut the snack sticks into about 1 inch pieces.
  • Assemble the skewers by threading the meats and cheeses onto the skewer with combinations of choice.
  • Assemble other skewers with the mozzarella, a basil leaf, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Lay out the clear cups and distribute the nuts, seeds, raisins, pretzels, and grapes into each cup.
  • Add the breadsticks halves to each cup.
  • Then add in a meat skewer and a tomato skewer to each cup and adjust ingredients if needed.
  • Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy!
