Yield: 10 servings
- 12 oz. Variety of cheeses I used Pepper Jack, Mozzarella, and Mild Cheddar
- 2-3 oz. Turkey or Beef Snack Sticks
- 2-3 oz. Thick Cut Dry Salami
- 3/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- Fresh Basil
- 1/2 cup Walnuts (or other varieties such as almonds, pistachios, or peanuts).
- 1/4 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins, dried cranberries, or dried cherries
- 1 cup pretzels
- 2 cups grapes I used green and purple

Prepare the cheeses you will be using by cutting it into cubes.
Then cut the snack sticks into about 1 inch pieces.
Assemble the skewers by threading the meats and cheeses onto the skewer with combinations of choice.
Assemble other skewers with the mozzarella, a basil leaf, and cherry tomatoes.
Lay out the clear cups and distribute the nuts, seeds, raisins, pretzels, and grapes into each cup.
Add the breadsticks halves to each cup.
Then add in a meat skewer and a tomato skewer to each cup and adjust ingredients if needed.
Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy!
