Slow Cooker Peppered Beef

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lb beef stew meat
  • 1-2 green peppers chopped
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 14 oz. can beef broth
  • 2 tsps sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. In slow cooker add all ingredients except for sugar snap peas and cornstarch .
  2. Slow cook for 3.5 hours.
  3. Add sugar snap peas and continue to cook about 20-30 minutes.
  4. Then stir in cornstarch to thicken.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
