Method
- Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon). Whisk it up.
- Add in the pumpkin pie filling and the egg. Use a spatular or wooden spoon to mix it until well combined. Add in the butterscotch chips and fold them in.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 8x8 baking dish or aluminum pan. Transfer to the smoker and bake at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes. (Toothpick should come out clean).
- Let cool and slice into squares. Can top with powdered sugar or serve with a dollop of whipped cream for serving.
Oven Instructions
- Follow the steps above but bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
