First trim and season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder. Rub it in.
Transfer out to your smoker and let smoke for about 2 hours at 225 degrees until internal temp reaches 160. (it will finish cooking in the mixture).
Then chop the chicken up (or you can shred it). Then grab your cast iron pan and add in the rest of the ingredients.
Transfer out to the smoker and let smoke for about an hour and then give everything a stir. Continue to cook about 30 minutes longer until the mixture is hot throughout.
Then serve warm with chips, pretzels, or bread.
