This strawberry mimosa recipe is refreshing and will add a beautiful touch to your brunch spread or for Summer gatherings. Fresh strawberry puree makes this a winner.
Add the washed strawberries to a food processor or a blender. Add a touch of sugar and a squeeze of lemon. Blend until smooth.
Add 1 tbsp or more to your liking of the strawberry puree to a champagne flute. Then fill the glass with equal parts of champagne (or a tad more) and orange juice.
Garnish with a strawberry slice and enjoy.
For Non-Alcoholic Option
Make as directed using sparkling white grape juice.
