For The Pumpkin Bars
- Grab a medium-sized mixing bowl and toss in your cookie mix and pumpkin puree. Stir it all together with a spatula or wooden spoon until everything’s blended.
- Spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray, then spread the batter evenly into the pan. Take a second to smooth out the top.
- Place the pan into a preheated oven at 350°F and bake for 22–25 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when the top looks set and a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool.
For the Glaze
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. You can make it thicker or thinner depending on how much drizzle you want.
- Drizzle that glaze all over your cooled bars, cut into squares, and enjoy!
