Equipment

  • 9x13 baking dish
  • small saucepan

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter 1 stick
  • 6 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 oz shredded flaked coconut
  • 6 oz butterscotch chips
  • 6 oz chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds or more to your liking

Instructions

For the Graham Cracker Crust:

  • First start by crushing your graham crackers. I use a food processor to keep it easy. Then mix the crumbs with the sugar.
  • Then add in the melted butter and stir.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and bake at 250° for about 10 minutes.

For the coconut layer:

  • In a small dish mix together the sweetened condensed milk and the shredded coconut until combined. Then spread on top of the graham cracker crust and bake for about 15 minutes.

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • Fill a small sauce pan halfway water and add a glass bowl on top to make a double boiler (unless you have a double boiler.)
  • Then place the peanut butter, butterscotch chips, and chocolate chips in the glass bowl. Heat until the chips start to warm and melt, stirring often.
  • Once the chocolate mixture is melted, spread over the coconut layer.

For the Almond Layer:

  • Then sprinkle or decorate with the sliced almonds.
  • Place the baking dish in the fridge until the chocolate is set.
  • When ready to serve, cut into desired sizes and enjoy!

Notes

These can be frozen for 2 months. Just set in the refrigerator over night to soften.
