Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice watermelon cut into chunks about 1/2 cup
  • 1 slice lime
  • Ice
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz sweetened lime juice
  • 1 oz soda water

Method
 

  1. In a shaker add the watermelon and lime slice.
  2. Muddle until the watermelon has liquified.
  3. Add Ice, vodka, sweetened lime juice, and soda.
  4. Shake well until the liquid is chilled.
  5. Strain into martini glass.
