Garlic and Herb Smoked Shrimp
These Garlic and Herb Smoked Shrimp come together quickly, are loaded with flavor, and smoke to perfection on the smoker.

- 1 16 oz. package of Raw Shrimp (about 25) (we used EZ Peel shell-on, with tails)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Fin & Feather BBQ Rub
- 1 large clove of garlic diced
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup white wine (not sweet)
Pre-heat the smoker to 225 degrees F.
Defrost the shrimp if frozen by running under cold water.
Place the shrimp in a cast iron pan.
Add the rest of the ingredients over the shrimp.
Place in preheated smoker and smoke for about 45 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
Serve hot as is or on top of your steaks or main meals.
