Garlic and Herb Smoked Shrimp

These Garlic and Herb Smoked Shrimp come together quickly, are loaded with flavor, and smoke to perfection on the smoker.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz. package of Raw Shrimp (about 25) (we used EZ Peel shell-on, with tails)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Fin & Feather BBQ Rub
  • 1 large clove of garlic diced
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup white wine (not sweet)

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the smoker to 225 degrees F.
  • Defrost the shrimp if frozen by running under cold water.
  • Place the shrimp in a cast iron pan.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients over the shrimp.
  • Place in preheated smoker and smoke for about 45 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
  • Serve hot as is or on top of your steaks or main meals.
