Marshmallow Creme S'mores Pudding Pops

These Marshmallow Creme S'mores Pudding Pops are easy to make and are the perfect frozen treat all Summer long.

  • popsicle molds

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups whole milk divided
  • 1 3.9 oz. package of instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 3.9 oz. package of instant chocolate pudding
  • 3/4 cup Jet Puffed Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 whole graham cracker broken into crumbs

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl whisk together 2 cups of the milk and the vanilla pudding mix until thickened. repeat with the chocolate pudding.
  • Spoon a little bit of the Marshmallow creme into each of the pudding mixtures. Use a spoon or spatula to mix it in until it is partially smooth.
  • Fill 2 Zip-lock bags (or piping bags) with the pudding mixtures and cut off an end. Or you an just carefully spoon the mixture into the molds.
  • Next pipe the pudding mixtures into the popsicle molds alternating the two different flavors of pudding.
  • Finally top them with some of the crushed graham crackers. Tap the molds on the counter slightly to help the mixture fill in any gaps or air pockets.
  • Add in the sticks. Then toss in the freezer for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to enjoy, let sit on the counter for a few minutes before removing from the molds.

Serving size may vary according to your molds. I had 2 different sized molds so got 10 pops. Otherwise probably would have made 12.
