Baked Asian Salmon

Asian Zing Salmon

This Asian Zing Salmon recipe comes together quickly with just a few ingredients. A little sweet, a little spicy and perfect for a quick healthier meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 salmon portion or 2 filets
  • Salt & pepper optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Asian Zing Sauce (Buffalo Wild Wing's or similar) more or less to your liking

Instructions
 

  • Prere-heat the oven to 400 degrees F. I like to put a piece of foil on my baking sheet for easier clean up.
  • Then sprinkle your salmon filets with a little bit of salt & pepper
  • Brush with some olive oil.
  • Then bake for about 15 minutes.
  • Pull it out of the oven and brush with some of the Asian Zing sauce. Then put back in the oven for about 5 more minutes.
  • The internal temperature of the salmon should reach 145 degrees. Once finished cooking, pull out and serve hot.
