Baked Asian Salmon

Asian Zing Salmon

This Asian Zing Salmon recipe comes together quickly with just a few ingredients. A little sweet, a little spicy and perfect for a quick healthier meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 salmon portion or 2 filets
  • Salt & pepper optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Asian Zing Sauce (Buffalo Wild Wing's or similar) more or less to your liking

Method
 

  1. Prere-heat the oven to 400 degrees F. I like to put a piece of foil on my baking sheet for easier clean up.
  2. Then sprinkle your salmon filets with a little bit of salt & pepper
  3. Brush with some olive oil.
  4. Then bake for about 15 minutes.
  5. Pull it out of the oven and brush with some of the Asian Zing sauce. Then put back in the oven for about 5 more minutes.
  6. The internal temperature of the salmon should reach 145 degrees. Once finished cooking, pull out and serve hot.
