Blackberry Dragon Fruit Smoothie

This smoothie is loaded with power foods!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 of 1 Dragon Fruit
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 2 leaves kale washed and chopped
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Cut Dragon Fruit in half and use a spoon to remove fruit from the skin.
  • In a blender or smoothie maker, add the kale, flax, and blackberries.
  • Then add the Dragon Fruit, ice, and milk.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass of choice and enjoy.
