Very Vanilla Easter Cake Mix Cookies
These soft and chewy cookies are super easy to make with cake mix and a few other ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup Pastel M& M's or other
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil.
- Using a spatula or wooden spoon mix ingredients until batter forms.
- Stir in the vanilla.
- Fold in the M& M's and Chocolate Chips until just incorporated.
- Let the dough chill for about 10 minutes.
- Roll cookie dough into 2 inch dough balls and place on cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 11-13 minutes until edges start to brown.
