Very Vanilla Easter Cake Mix Cookies

These soft and chewy cookies are super easy to make with cake mix and a few other ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz. Yellow Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Pastel M& M's or other
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  2. Using a spatula or wooden spoon mix ingredients until batter forms.
  3. Stir in the vanilla.
  4. Fold in the M& M's and Chocolate Chips until just incorporated.
  5. Let the dough chill for about 10 minutes.
  6. Roll cookie dough into 2 inch dough balls and place on cookie sheets.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 11-13 minutes until edges start to brown.
