Easy Pumpkin Pie

Just five ingredients and you can have a quick and easy classic pumpkin pie!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 un-cooked pie crust
  • 1 14 oz. can of pumpkin (or fresh pumpkin works)
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. of pumpkin pie spice Or a combo of cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, cloves, ginger
  • whipped cream or whipped topping for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place canned pumpkin in bowl (if using fresh and it isn't already mashed, do so now.)
  • Add in the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice into bowl.
  • Mix for a few minutes.
  • Bake in the oven for 50-55 minutes.
  • Allow pie to cool for 2 hours.
  • Serve with whipped cream!
