Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4-1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup or protein powder
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth adding more liquid id necessary.
  • Pour into favorite glass and enjoy.
