Apple Blondies with Maple Glaze
These apple blondies are simple to make, delicious, and topped with a maple glaze.

Ingredients

apples
peeled, cored, and diced.

sugar

brown sugar

butter (1 stick)
melted

eggs

vanilla

flour

cinnamon
1/2
tsp
nutmeg

tsp
baking powder
For Maple Glaze
1
cup
powdered sugar
2
tbsp
milk
2
tbsp
maple syrup
Instructions
Peel, core, and dice your apples. (I sprinkled with cinnamon and mixed)
In a medium bowl combine both white and brown sugars, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter.
In a separate bowl combine the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder and whisk until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix (using a spatula or wooden spoon).
Then fold in the diced apples.
Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Let cool.
For Maple Glaze
In a small bowl combine the powdered sugar, milk, and maple glaze and mix until sugar is dissolved.
Pour glaze over blondies and spread with a spatula.
Cut into bars and serve, enjoy!
Notes
**If you like a stronger maple flavor, can add some to the batter or an additional tablespoon into the glaze.
