Method
- Peel, core, and dice your apples. (I sprinkled with cinnamon and mixed)
- In a medium bowl combine both white and brown sugars, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter.
- In a separate bowl combine the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder and whisk until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix (using a spatula or wooden spoon).
- Then fold in the diced apples.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Let cool.
For Maple Glaze
- In a small bowl combine the powdered sugar, milk, and maple glaze and mix until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour glaze over blondies and spread with a spatula.
- Cut into bars and serve, enjoy!
Notes
**If you like a stronger maple flavor, can add some to the batter or an additional tablespoon into the glaze.
