Blackstone Crunchy Queso Chicken Tacos

These Blakstone Crunch Queso Chicken Tacos are easy with just five ingredients. A perfect quick weeknight dinner with tender chicken, melty cheese, and warm tortillas.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • shredded cheese
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • queso con salsa

Instructions
 

  • Cut off any unwanted parts of your chicken breasts, and cut into 1 inch pieces. Place in a bowl and add in the salsa. Give it a stir and let marinate until you're ready to cook (even just a few minutes is fine).
  • Once the flat top if heated up over medium heat. Add on the chicken. Let cook until you can cut the chicken in half with the spatula and no longer pink.
  • On the opposite side, over low heat- add some shredded cheese directly to the Blackstone and add the tortillas on top.
  • Add a spoonful of queso to the tortillas, then the chicken, and then more shredded cheese.
  • Fold and let the cheese melt for a minute or so. Pull off and serve with more queso, salsa, sour cream, or toppings of choice.
