Easy Cheesy Potato Soup

This easy soup comes together in about 20 minutes with just a few ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 1/2 cups cubed potatoes
  • 1 lb of cheese spread such as Veleveeta, cut into cubes
  • 2 10. 5 oz cans of cream of chicken soup, plus 1/2 cup water
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the 4 cups of water and add bouillon cubes. Stir until dissolved.
  • Add the celery and potatoes and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
  • Mix in cans of soup, additional water, and cubed cheese spread.
  • Heat until the cheese is melted.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy hot with additional cheese, crackers, or toppings of choice.
