Method
- Boil the 4 cups of water and add bouillon cubes. Stir until dissolved.
- Add the celery and potatoes and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
- Mix in cans of soup, additional water, and cubed cheese spread.
- Heat until the cheese is melted.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy hot with additional cheese, crackers, or toppings of choice.
