Method
- Slice the dinner rolls with a serrated knife to seperate the tops and bottom and place on baking sheet.
- Add in the cooked brisket.
- Top with the BBQ sauce, diced onions, and cheese.
- Lay the top half of the rolls on top.
For the Hot Honey Glaze
- In a small bowl combine the hot honey, melted butter, and BBQ rub seasoning and whisk until combined.
- Brush over the rolls covering the tops and sides.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes or until hot throughout.
- Then use the serrated knife to cut into sliders and serve hot.
