Method
- Grab a mixing bowl and combine the angel food cake mix and the can of cherry pie filling. Mix until batter forms.
- Pour into your mini bundt pan. Fill each cavity just over 1/2 way. Depending on the size of your pan, you may have a bit of batter leftover.
- Bake at 325 degrees for about 22-25 minutes.
- Once removed from the oven let cool completely.
- Then carefully remove the cakes from the pan, top with whipped cream and a cherry and enjoy!
