Okay if you are anything like me, you probably like to bake a little bit but donāt have tons of time for extra effort. These mini angel food cakes are for you! I love canned cherry pie filling in desserts. It tastes great in pastries, on top of some no bake cheesecakes, and more! I thought these little mini cakes would be a cute surprise for my daughters (and hubbyā¦) when they got home from school for Valentineās Day ā¤ļø And they turned out just as I imagined.

Ingredients Needed for these Cherry Mini Bundt Cakes
| š Angel Food Cake Mixā this light and airy cake mix has just the right texture and flavor for these little cakes! šCherry Pie Fillingā one 21 oz. can of filling will do! šWhipped Cream- this is optional but makes a great topping. *If you donāt have a mini bundt cake pan, that is okay you could fill a cupcake pan as well!

How to make these mini angel food cakes
Step 1ļøā£:Ā Mix ingredients. Grab a mixing bowl and combine the angel food cake mix and the can of cherry pie filling. You can just use a spatula. Mix until batter forms.

StepĀ 2ļøā£: Pour. Pour into your mini bundt pan. Fill each cavity just above 1/2 way. Depending on the size of your pan, you may have a bit of batter leftover.

StepĀ 3ļøā£: Bake. Bake at 325 degrees for about 22-25 minutes.
StepĀ 4ļøā£:Ā Let cool. Once removed from the oven let cool completely. Then remove from the pan, top with whipped cream and a cherry and enjoy!
