Lemon Rosemary Chicken Ramen
This Lemon Rosemary Chicken Ramen is a quick and easy meal. Light lemon flavored juicy chicken over ramen noodles makes a dish anyone will love.

- 2 thin boneless chicken breasts (or 1 large cut in half)
- 1 clove of garlic chopped
- pepper
- 1 tsp. of finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil or other
- 1 Chicken Ramen Package (with seasoning pack) (or 2 if you want it to go further)
- 1-2 lemon wedges
First grab your thin chicken breasts and season them with garlic, pepper, and the fresh rosemary. Rub it in a bit on both sides.
Heat up some olive oil in a sauté pan and add the chicken breast(s).
Cook for a few minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and start to brown a bit on each side.
While the chicken is cooking, cook the Ramen noodles, drain and add in the seasoning packet that comes with it. Toss the noodles to combine the seasoning.
Once the chicken is done, slice into pieces and add on top of the cooked noodles. Take the drippings from the chicken pan and drizzle them over the dish.
Squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the dish and enjoy!
