Lemon Rosemary Chicken Ramen

If you have been on the internet lately you may have noticed a lot of ramen recipes floating around. I have tried some and bought a big package of noodles so decided to make this Lemon Rosemary Chicken Ramen recipe for a quick meal. I was impressed and even the kids and my husband liked it. So definitely a win win!

I assume people are loving easy ramen recipes because the noodles are so cheap which is helping all of us who may be on a budget. I sauteed the chicken breasts in some oil with fresh rosemary and served over the ramen noodles. Very simple, very fresh, and the lemon juice makes this recipe perfect for Spring or Summer meals. This is a great new idea for your stove top chicken recipes!

How to make this easy Lemon Rosemary Chicken Ramen

First grab your chicken breasts and season them with garlic, pepper, and the fresh rosemary. I just used my hands to rub it in a bit. Then heat up some olive oil in a sauté pan and add the chicken breasts.

Cook for a few minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and start to brown a bit on each side. While the chicken is cooking, cook the Ramen noodles, drain and add in the seasoning packet that comes with it.

Once the chicken is done, slice into pieces. Take the drippings from the chicken pan and drizzle them over the ramen. Add the sliced chicken and squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the dish and enjoy! If you want you can drizzle a bit more olive oil over the dish too.

Can I make this is the oven?

Of course you can bake the chicken if you would prefer or even cook it quickly in the Air Fryer. I just used the stove top which I feel helped cook the chicken fast which kept it juicy. But whichever method you prefer to cook you chicken go for it!
