Oatmeal Blueberry Bread

This Oatmeal Blueberry Bread is sweet, loaded with fresh blueberries, and healthy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup cane sugar or regular
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup blueberries

Method
 

  1. In medium bowl combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl combine eggs, sugar, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Slowly combine the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until well incorporated.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Pour into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle with a few more oats on top.
  6. Bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes until the center is cooked.
  7. Let cool before removing from pan.
