One Bowl Parmesan & Chive Bread
This easy one bowl bread is soft, easy to make, and great to go with any meal!

- 1 ¾ cups flour all purpose
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsps baking powder
- 5 tbsp butter chilled & cut into cubes
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbsp fresh chives chopped
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese plus more for topping
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
In a large bowl combine the flour, salt, and baking powder and mix.
Add the chilled butter and cut into the dry ingredients using two knives until mixture becomes crumbly.
Stir in the milk, chopped chives, and parmesan cheese and mix until batter forms.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle with additional shredded parmesan cheese.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and center is cooked.
- can make into muffins by using a 12 compartment greased muffin tin and fill each section ¾ of the way with the dough.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
