Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Chip Cookies
I stopped at a coffee shop with my mom a few months back that had an awesome selection of different flavored cookies. One being Reeses stuffed cookies (they were huge!). Needless to say, it was one of the best cookies I have ever eaten. I knew I had to re-create these sinful cookies at home…but easier. So I stuck with pre-made cookie dough but you absolutely could use your favorite chocolate chip cookie dough recipe.

Needless to say, these stuffed cookies are super rich and amazing. You may only be able to enjoy a half, but they are worth the calories…all of them. 🙂 Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite cookie and Reese’s are my favorite candy….so really a match made in heaven!
What you need for these Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cookies
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough– Used Toll House because it is my favorite! But store brand or your homemade recipe will work, too!
- Reeses Peanut Butter Cups– You will need 8-10 peanut butter cups. I made these after Halloween so had extra laying around. If you only get 8 in a package then just make 8 large cookies.
- Peanut Butter– This is optional. I melted it and drizzled on top but you don’t have to!

How to make these Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cookies
Step 1: Grab a baking sheet. Then take a spoon full of cookie dough and press it down onto the pan. I got 9 cookies out of the dough.
Step 2: Then add in the peanut butter cup. Add another scoop of cookie dough on top and fold around the peanut butter cup and form back into a ball until you can’t see the peanut butter cup. Repeat.

Step 3: Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes just until golden brown. Keep an eye as cooking times may vary.
Step 4: Spoon some peanut butter into a microwavable safe bowl and microwave for about 15 seconds or until melted. Then use a spoon to drizzle onto of the warm cookies.

Once cooled, store in an air tight container for up to a few days for best results.
Variations
- Want to use peanut butter cookie dough? Go for it!
- Want to double up the chocolate? Melt chocolate to drizzle on top instead.
- Use your favorite homemade cookie dough recipe.
