In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cold milk and the package of pudding. Whisk until thickened.
Then fold in the thawed whipped topping to the pudding mixture and set aside.
Add the cookies to a food processor, blender or Zip-lock bag. Blend or crush until desired crumbs are formed.
Add the cookie crumbs by the spoonful into each parfait cup.
Then add the blueberry pie filling, the pudding mixture, and then finish with the strawberry slices.
Optional- can garnish with an additional cookie or cookie crumbs, too!
Cover and chill for at least 4- 6 hours before serving.
