Method
- Preheat the waffle iron and spray with non stick spray.
- Add the egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla into to a mixing bowl, and stir well.
- Next stir in the flour, the baking powder, sugar, and the salt.
- Fold in the fresh raspberries white chocolate chips slightly smashing the raspberries into the mixture.
- Then spoon the batter into the waffler iron enough to fill the base.
- Close the lid and cook for about 2 minutes (or when the light goes off) then use a fork to remove the waffle.
- Serve hot with extra favorite toppings of choice and enjoy!
