Method
- Place the chuck roast in a sprayed slow cooker.
- Next add in your jalapenos, garlic, and sliced onions.
- Sprinkle in the ancho chile pepper, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and pepper.
- Pour in the beer and water and add the butter on top.
- Set the slow cooker to "low" for 7 hours.
- Once done, shred the beef. A
- Add the meat into your favorite bun or hoagie roll, top with some of the cooked peppers and onions. Add some cheese and more jalapenos (if desired).
- Serve with additional juices from the pot for dipping and enjoy.

Note: toast the entire sandwich in oven, air fryer, or toaster oven.
