Method
- In saute pan, heat olive oil and add chicken.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add peppers and onions and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- While chicken is cooking, bring a pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to package.
- Once chicken is cooked throughout, add the jar of salsa and stir.
- Let simmer for a few minutes until pasta is cooked.
- Once pasta is cooked and drained, add to the chicken mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Serve hot with toppings of choice! (cheese, hot sauce, sour cream)
Notes
*tips-- if you don't want it spicy,skip the jalapeno. If you like it more saucy, use less pasta
