Ingredients Needed for these Easy Cherry Cheesecake Pastries
Crescent Rolls- regular or the sheet works. This makes the pastries base.
Cream Cheese- Regular cream cheese shines as the base of the cheesecake filling.
Sugar- I used regular, but you can use your favorite sweetener if you prefer.
Vanilla Extract- A couple dashed will do. Or even almond extract would be tasty.
Cherry Pie Filling- Yep just the canned stuff. Of course you can use blueberry, strawberry, lemon…whatever you prefer!
How to prepare these Cherry Pie Filling Pastries
First grab a mixing bowl and combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Next unroll the crescent sheet out onto your baking sheet (use parchment paper if you have it or spray with non stick spray. Cut the crescent dough into eight equal squares and press the seams together.
Then add a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture to the center of each crescent square. Next fold the corners of the square in and slightly pinch them together.
Spoon some of the cherry pie filing on top and bake at 375 degrees F for about 12 minutes until the crescent rolls are golden.
Once finished, remove from the oven and enjoy warm.
